Graveside services for Helen Bannister Rains, 87, of Hagerman, NM, we be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, July 22, 2010 in the Valley View Cemetery with Rev. Larry Huffman officiating. A visitation will be held from 8:30 to 9:30 AM Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.



Mrs. Rains died July 17, 2010 at her residence in Hagerman, NM.



She was born in Sayre, OK on December 23, 1922 to Ben and Sarah Pratt Sinor.



Mrs. Rains is survived by her son and daughter in law Donald A. and Joan Bannister of Hagerman, NM, 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 5 great, great grandchildren.



She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters and 5 brothers.
