Bruce Pearson

Funeral services for Bruce K. Pearson 53, 0f Callisburg are set for Tuesday November 2, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Family Life Church in Gainesville with Pastor Larry Eberhart officating and burial with Miltary Honors to follow in the Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll and Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday November 1, 2010 from 6:00 till 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Pearson was born on October 13, 1957 in San Jose California to William H. and Nancy Ann Mikkelson Pearson.The family moved to Rhinelander Wisc. in 1958 and then moved to Gainesville in early 1959. He attended school in Thackerville and Gainesville including Ben Franklin Elem. school. Bruce enlisted in the National Guard and then was employed at Weber Aircraft for 25 years as a Press Operator.He also worked as a plumber, truck driver and equipment operator. He was working for infrastrux when he became ill. Bruce enjoyed playing the coronet in the school band and also the guitar. Bruce liked hosting family gatherings and spending time with family and friends and he was a very generous person always making sure his children and family always had a merry christmas. He was very fond of Country music. He was a member of the V. F.W. He is survived by two Daughters Brandi Marshell and Rebecca Brinkley, seven grandchildren, two Brothers Wm T and wife Mary and Brian Keith and wife Kathy Miller Pearson and a Sister Brenda Lou and husband Mike Apala. Pallbearers will be Bruce Vannoy, Michel Pearson, Chris Apala, Devon Kelley,Jeff Pearson and Bobby Walker. Donations can be made to the Pearson Family at the funeral home.
