Willadeen Leeper

Funeral services for Willadeen Leeper, 85, of Gainesville, are set for 10:00 AM Monday, August 16, 2010 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Crow officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. A visitation will be held Sunday August 15, 2010 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.



Mrs. Leeper died August 12, 2010 in Gainesville.



Willadeen Leeper was born September 4, 1924 in South Maid to J. N. and Della Smith Crow. She taught Sunday School and was a member of the choir at Grand Ave. Baptist Church for 30 years and a member of 1st Baptist Church for the last 10 years. She was a secretary and bookkeeper for Tag-Along Good Sam’s RV Club for many years as well as for Glenn Bell Insurance, Ken Blanton Insurance, and Enderby Gas.



She is survived by her son Rodney Leeper of Gainesville, grandchildren Ryan Leeper of Gainesville, Jordan Leeper of Fort Worth, Justin Leeper and Megan Douthit of Denton, former daughter in law Mary Ann Leeper of Gainesville, brothers James Crow of Whitesboro and Billy Don Smith of Whitesboro, sister in law Ruth Sutton of Gainesville and numerous nieces and nephews.



Mrs. Leeper was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Louis Leeper, and her sister Maurcene Armstrong.
