Services for Roy Edward Vick Sr. ( Daddy Joe) are Friday, May 21, 2010 at 3 p.m. at the Southmont Baptist Church in Denton.

Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery at 5 p.m. Services are under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Mr. Vick died in Denton on May 18, 2010.

Mr. Vick was born on Sept. 27, 1913 in Waynesboro, Miss.

He is survived by his children, Ed Vick and Diane Ansley; grandchildren and greatgrandchildren

No visitation is planned.
