Funeral services for Johnnie Stobaugh, 81, a lifelong resident of Cooke County, are set for 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 20, 2010, at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Dr. Joan Gray LaBar officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Stobaugh passed away on Thursday January 14, 2010 in Lawrence, KS.
Johnnie was born April 29, 1928 in Gainesville, to W. J. and Ethel Lewis Enderby. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her son, John Stobaugh, grandson Jordan and his wife Megan, granddaughter Rebecca, sister Margaret Bewley, sisters in law Irma Ruth Enderby and June Enderby as well as several nieces and nephews.
Johnnie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Tom Stobaugh, grandson Eric Stobaugh, brothers David, Lewis, Andrew, Frank, and Charlie Enderby, and sister Dixie Chalmers.
Pallbearers will be Carl Enderby, Carroll Enderby, Don Bewley, Jack Bewley, John Smith, Jerry Smith and Ike Stevens.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church.
