James Lowell Coulter

Memorial services for James "Jim" Lowell Coulter, 76, of Gainesville, are set for Monday April 13, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Geo. J. Carroll & Son funeral home with the Reverend Jim Goodwin officiating. Visitation will follow the service.

Jim was born November 7, 1932 in Bowie Texas to JD and Eva Hahn Coulter. After he retired from a long and distinguished career in the oil business, he enjoyed life, his family and ranching. Jim passed away April 9, 2009 from a sudden Cardiac Arrest.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years Margaret K. Coulter of Gainesville, daughters and son-in-laws Lynne and Kirk Kitchens of Richardson, Susan Coulter and John Hinton of Ft. Worth, and Julie and Wayne Scott of Gainesville. Sisters Shirley Hampton of Nacogdoches and LaWanna Howard of Jefferson. Grandchildren Jordan and Logan Kitchens, Patricia Miller, JB and Pierce Andrews, and Dusty Scott.

He is preceeded in death by his parents.
