Funeral service for Aaron Curt Henderson, 30, of Gainesville is set for Tuesday November 3, 2009 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Gainesville with Dr. Mark Denison Officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the Geo J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Monday November 2, 2009 from 6 to 8 p.m. Curt passed away Friday October 30, 2009 at his residence.

Curt is survived by parents: Pam and Charley Henderson of Gainesville; brothers: Chris Henderson of Lewisville, Chad Henderson of Gainesville; sister Courtney Henderson of Denton, sister - in - law: Jennifer Henderson of Lewisville; nephew Caden Henderson; step - niece Addison Munoz; Maternal Grandmother Bobbie Cantrell of Gainesville; Paternal Grandmother Jean Henderson of Gainesville; numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins including Uncle Brent Cantrell and family Trudy, Danielle, Tyler, Dakota and Bailey of Pilot Point.

Curt was preceded in death by Grandfather Jimmy Cantrell and Milton Henderson.
Curt was a 1997 graduate of Gainesville High and played football at Howard Payne one year. He also attended UNT. Curt had just moved back to Gainesville where he opened his New York Life Office. In the short year he was with the company, he had achieved numerous awards and had made Executive Council with the company. He was a football official for eleven years calling high school games. He officiated college games for three years. Curt also loved basketball officiating and Pee wee football. Curt was a member of First Baptist Church in Gainesville. Memorials in Curt's name can be made to First Baptist Church in Gainesville.
