Allan Ray Sorrell

A memorial visitation for Allan Ray Sorrell, 55, of Gainesville, is scheduled for 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Crossroads Baptist Church, 2201 W California St, Gainesville, TX.

Mr. Sorrell passed away October 14, 2018.

Allan was born October 3, 1963 in Gainesville to Dow A. and Una Jean (Prine) Sorrell.  He married Pamela Sue Jennings on August 19, 1989 in Gainesville.  He worked the last 14 years at Gainesville Junior High.

Survivors include: wife Pam Sorrell of Gainesville; daughter Ashley Stamper and husband Brian of Sanger; father-in-law and mother-in-law Harvey and Virgie Jennings of Gainesville; brother Gary Sorrell and wife Jeanie of Gainesville; brother Vernon Sorrell and wife Charlotte of Gainesville; brother Jimmy Sorrell and wife Robin of Gainesville; sister Judy Miller and husband James of Gainesville; three grandchildren; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

Mr. Sorrell was preceded in death by his parents.
