Arthur Elbert Rosson

Arthur Elbert Rosson was born January 9, 1932 to Arthur P. & Olena Wineblood Rosson in Rosston, Texas oldest of 6 children.  He passed away peacefully January 22, 2025 at the age of 93.  June 17, 1955 he married Gwendolyn Sikes.

Elbert (as he was known) served in United States Army and was stationed in Korea during the Korean war.  He worked many years at Southland Paint Company as warehouse foreman.  After retiring he persued his love of working on lawn mowers.  In his declining years he could still tell people how to repair their mowers.

Mr. Rosson is survived by his daughter Sharon Bezner of Ft. Worth, grandchildren Melissa Bezner, Amanda Bezner & Reb Bezner and a great-granddaughter Alice.  Sisters Bonnie Wilson husband James, Betty Hillis husband Gary & sister- in- law Lena Rosson.

He was preceded in death by his wife, son-in-law Rick Bezner, sister & brother-in-law Joyce & Gilbert Bindel, Mary Nell Rosson, brother W. L. Rosson and a niece Vickie Monkres.

Graveside service will be held Monday, January 27, 2025 at 1pm at New Resthaven Cemetery with Larry Kremling officiating.
