Beetrice "Beetie" Marie Ellis

Funeral services for Beetrice "Beetie" Marie Ellis, 87, of Allen, formerly of Gainesville, are set for 11:00 AM Saturday, June 22, 2019 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with Dr. Jeff Langley officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Gainesville. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral at 10:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home.
Beetie was born on May 20, 1932 in Gainesville to William Oscar Trimble and Eva Mae (Teague) Trimble. She passed away on June 18, 2019 in Allen.
Beetie is survived by her daughter Cindy Galbreath of McKinney; grandson Chase Galbreath of Dallas; granddaughter Carli McIvor and her husband Chris of Austin; and her two great-granddaughters Kinley McIvor, and Hattie McIvor.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ted Ellis; four brothers; and 4 sisters.
