Funeral service for Cecil Thomas "Tommy" Bartlett, 76, of Piedmont, OK., is set for 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Collinsville Cemetery under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. A visitation will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday, July 22, 2019 at the funeral home.
Tommy was born on November 11, 1942 in Vernon to Hiram Cecil Bartlett and Faye (Corley) Bartlett. He passed away on July 17, 2019 in Oklahoma City, OK.
Tommy is survived by his wife Lou Bartlett of Piedmont, OK.; daughter Tracy Clearwater and her husband Keith of Arnett, OK.; granddaughters Makayla Clearwater, and Amber Clearwater; sister Mavis Wilkins of College Station; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Angela Kay Bartlett.
