Dale Wayne Westbrook

A memorial service for Dale Wayne Westbrook, 66, of Callisburg, is scheduled for 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Callisburg Church of Christ with Ben Willingham officiating.

Mr. Westbrook passed away November 5, 2018 in Gainesville.

Dale was born July 3, 1952 in Gainesville to Kenneth Ray and Martha Joyce (Blankenship) Westbrook.  He graduated from Callisburg High School and receive his Associate’s Degree from North Central Texas College.  Mr. Westbrook married Sherry D. Lemons on October 7, 1988 in Gainesville.  He enjoyed music, movies, and carpentry.

Survivors include: wife Sherry D. Westbrook of Callisburg; daughter Kelli Westbrook of Gainesville; son Chad Simpson and wife Lynzee of Gainesville; grandchildren: Colton, Madison, and Maycee; mother Martha Fitzhugh of Callisburg; sister Teena Westbrook of Callisburg; sister Kathy Shugart and husband Tucker of Callisburg; brother Steve Westbrook and wife Billie Jo of Callisburg; father-in-law Bobby Lemons of Gainesville; brother-in-law Ronnie Lemons of Gainesville; sister-in-law Michele Scheibel and husband Tracy of Southlake; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mr. Westbrook was preceded in death by: his father; brother Randy Westbrook; and mother-in-law Tena Lemons.
