A memorial visitation for Debra Ann Davis Phelps, 48, of Gainesville, is set for 6:00 PM Friday, July 20, 2018 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.
Debra was born on September 9, 1969 in Gainesville to Elmer Wayne Davis and Ruth Ann Struble Davis. She passed away on July 17, 2018 in Denton.
She is survived by husband Shawn Phelps of Gainesville; son Jake Wilson and his wife Angela of Gainesville; daughter Mariska Skye Phelps of Gainesville; brother David Wayne Davis and his wife Melanie of Gainesville; and brother Dale Leonard of Sioux City, IA.
The family would like to give special thanks to Brenda Daughtry and Karen Brooks for helping and caring for Debra.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother Bill Leonard.
