Donna Braudaway

Donna Kay Braudaway, 64, of Woodbine, TX, passed away December 3, 2022 in Altus, OK.

Donna was born June 4, 1958 in Cooke County, Texas to Leon and Dorris (Sawyer) Thomison.  She was a great and loving mother to her four sons and one daughter, even though they were more than any one mother should handle.  She will forever be missed and never forgotten.  Donna had fought and beat cancer twice.  She continued fighting it through her last breath this third time.  She refused to leave her loved ones and continued to fight despite the pain it caused her.

Survivors include: children: Kyle Brock, Parnell Brock, Chris Brock and wife Kimberly, Mickey Davis, and Jamie Hensley; 18 grandkids; 5 great-grandkids; brothers: Danny Ray and James; and sister Sharon.

Mrs. Braudaway was preceded in death by: her parents; husband James Braudaway; and brothers: Darell and Bucky.

A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 9, 2022, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Woodbine.  Arrangements are under the care of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.
