Donnie Wayne Morrow, age 75, of Gainesville, TX passed away on August 30,2024 after a lengthy illness.

Donnie was preceded in death by his parents, RJ and Betty Morrow, his brother Ronnie, his brother-in-law, Dale Scott, his grandparents and beloved aunts and uncles.

Donnie is survived by his wife, Sherry Morrow; his children, Carol Wolfe (husband Kevin), Keith Morrow (wife Melissa), and Kevin Morrow (wife Megan); as well as 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.  Survivors also include: siblings, Laujuana Scott, Latricia Reynolds (husband Tommy), and Lonnie Morrow (wife Peggy Sue).

Donnie was born on February 2, 1949, to Father, R J Morrow, and Mother, Betty Gibson Morrow, in Muenster, TX.  Donnie spent most of his life working in construction, ending his career as an estimator to CBS Roofing in Denton, TX.  In 1968, Donnie met Sherry Reynolds in Muenster, TX and were married later that year.  They went on to have three children, Carol Morrow Wolfe, Keith Morrow, and Kevin Morrow.

Pallbearers will be Keith Morrow, Zachery Morrow, Timothy Perez, Justin Wolfe, Kevin Wolfe and Jason Harendt.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Dale Brown and Joe Serna.

Services will be held at George J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and the funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM.  A committal service will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
