Edward Joseph Grewing

Funeral services for Edward "Eddie" Joseph Grewing, 84, of Lindsay, is set for 10:00 AM Friday, October 12, 2018 at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Fr. Matthew Tatyrek officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery following the service under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. A rosary with visitation to follow will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday, October 11, 2018 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Eddie was born on July 13, 1934 in Muenster to Henry Alois Grewing Sr. and Mary Teresa (Mages) Grewing. He passed away on October 9, 2018 in Gainesville.

Eddie is survived by his loving wife Dorothy; son Keith Grewing and his wife Lori of Durant, OK.; son Jeff Grewing and his wife Laura of Highland Village, TX.; grandchildren Kyle Grewing, Kevin Grewing and wife RaShae, Chase Grewing, Kristen Grewing, Dillon Grewing, and Kaci Grewing; sister Joyce Zwinggi; sister Dolores Bierschenk; brother Henry Grewing Jr. and his wife Doris; brother Leonard Grewing and his wife Dorothy; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son Curtis Grewing; sister Bernice Beyer and husband Frank; sister Rosalee Zwinggi and husband Kenneth; brother Eugene Grewing; brother-in-law Alrich Zwinggi; brother-in-law Billy Bierschenk.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Grewing, Kevin Grewing, Chase Grewing, Dillon Grewing, Andrew Alexander, and Robbie Iacobucci.
