Frankie Barthold

Frankie Barthold was born August 15, 1959 in Gainesville to Johnny and Patsy (Hudspeth) Barthold.  He passed on October 7, 2023 surrounded by his family at the age of 64.

Frankie was a truck driver most of his life.  He was a proud member of the Era Masonic Lodge.  He loved watching his grandchildren play sports and riding his Harley Davidson.

Frankie is survived by his wife Darlene; daughters, Misty Parker and husband Ray, Kristy Andrews and Bob Carpenter; grandchildren Stefani Tucker, Hailee Janek and husband Blake, Karlee Reeves and husband Mason, Miranda Parker, Talon Andrews, and Taryn Andrews; great-grandchildren Korbyn Rundell, Stoney Porter and Brynlee Janek.  He is also survived by his brother Bobby Barthold and wife Tricia of Valley View, his sister, Brenda Miller and husband Randy of Era as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Patsy Barthold.

Funeral services for Mr. Barthold are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Era Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Era Cemetery.  A visitation will be held at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
