Frank was born on November 4, 1930 in Jennings, OK. to William "Earl" Ramey Sr. and Margie (Lenz) Ramey. He passed away on May 15, 2018 in Thackerville, OK.
Frank is survived by his sister Fay Niesen of Chilton; several nieces and nephews; Longtime caregiver Lanna Terrell; longtime friends Jean Pethtel, Dee Hall, and MaQuita Gossett.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of over 50 years Elsie Mae Ramey; one brother; and one sister.
