Howard Huneycutt

Graveside services for James Howard Huneycutt, 88, of Gainesville, are scheduled for 10:00 AM on Sunday, August 23, 2020 at Fairview Cemetery.

Mr. Huneycutt passed away August 20, 2020 in Fort Worth.

Howard was born April 5, 1932 in Callisburg to Henry Albert and Floy Lettie (Pressley) Huneycutt.  He was a self-employed welder for 35 years.  He loved to hunt and fish, especially accompanying his grandchildren.  He and wife, Wanda, recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on March 11, 2020.

Survivors include: wife Wanda Huneycutt of Gainesville; son Ronnie Huneycutt and wife Joanie of Gainesville; son Jim Huneycutt of Euless; son Randy Huneycutt of Gainesville; son Kevin Huneycutt and wife CeeCee of Gainesville; daughter Rhonda Arend and husband Chuck of Gainesville; 13 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Huneycutt was preceded in death by: parents Henry Albert and Floy Lettie Huneycutt; five sisters; and three brothers.

The family wishes to extend a special “Thank You” to nurses of Angel Care, Erica and Beth, of Cooke County.
