Janet Denise Jernigan

Janet Denise Jernigan, of Gainesville, Texas, passed from this life on June 14, 2022, at the age of 38.

Janet was born July 17, 1983, in Denton, Texas. She grew up in Keller, Texas, and attended Keller High School. Janet enjoyed spending time with friends and family. Her laughter and smile will not be forgotten. Her greatest love in life was her son, Hayden. Watching him grow was her greatest joy.

She is survived by her mother, Denise Doughty of Gainesville, Texas; son, Hayden of Gainesville, Texas; grandparents, Weldon and Louise Doughty of Gainesville, Texas; sister and husband, Nikki and Robert Stroud of Azle, Texas; nephews, Will and Sam Stroud, as well as many other family members and friends that will miss her dearly.
