Jay passed away Friday, July 16, 2021, in Denver, Colorado.  Jay Francis Anderle was born on October 26, 1963, in Wichita Falls, Texas, the third of five children to Orville and Shirley Schenk Anderle.  Jay spent his childhood years in Hobbs, Texas before moving to Lindsay in 1980.  Jay attended Lindsay High School, which is where he met Bridget, and graduated in 1982.  Jay married Bridget Ann Fangman Anderle on August 3, 1985 in Lindsay, Texas.  Jay worked as a mechanic most of his life and also had a passion for wood-working and music.  While in high school, he worked at Tom Corcoran Diesel Shop as well as the Superette in Lindsay.  He and his classmate, Brad Wimmer, also spent many years working under the name of A & W Disco, playing music for many weddings and other social events in the surrounding communities.  Jay absolutely loved all kinds of music!  Jay also spent time working at Alan Ritchey as well as Enderby Gas.  He was most recently employed by Molded Fiber Glass Companies of Texas, where he has worked for the past 25 years.  He spent a lot of time over the past ten years making wood projects for many people.  Jay had such a giving heart.  When he found out he was going into the hospital for a Bone Marrow Transplant, he began making wooden crosses to give to each doctor and nurse that helped him.  He also donated many other handmade wood items to auctions and raffles over the years.  Another favorite item that Jay made were frames for the “Bless the Graduate” cross stitches that Bridget gave to high school graduates each year.  In recent years, Jay cherished spending time with his two granddaughters, Aspen and Ava, who brought so much joy to his life.  His greatest love was for the outdoors.  He loved spending time with family and friends, whether it be camping in Colorado or just sitting by the fire at home.

Jay is survived by his wife Bridget; two sons: Cody and wife Kalyn of Myra, and Justin of Muenster; two daughters: Brittany Cutler and husband Brandon of Overland Park, Kansas, and Jalyn Dieter and husband Mitch of Muenster; and two granddaughters: Ava Lynn Cutler and Aspen Rae Anderle.  Jay is also survived by his mother, Shirley Anderle of Lindsay; two brothers: Mark and wife Anitra of Graham, and Jeff and wife Robyn of Seymour; one sister, Sherry Copeland and husband Kevin of Lindsay; sister-in-law Brenda Anderle of Gainesville; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Winston and Rosemary Hess Fangman; sister-in-law, Sharon Hoenig and husband Bill of Whitesboro; sister-in-law Anita Fangman of Lindsay; brother-in-law Frank Fangman and wife Rhonda of Muenster; brother-in-law John Fangman and wife Teresa of Saint Jo; sister-in-law Debbie Fleitman and husband Chad of Lindsay; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
