Jennifer Marie Franks

Jennifer (Cole) Franks, 69, of Gainesville, passed to her Heavenly Father on June 20, 2021 in Gainesville.

Jennifer was born June 20, 1952 in Porterville, CA to Thomas Wesley Cole and Martha (Shasteen) Cole.  She graduated from Gainesville High School.  She had several avenues of artistic expression including drawing and seamstress work.  A kind and generous person, Ms. Franks spent most of her career as a care giver, working long hours to ensure those she cared for were comfortable.

Survivors include: mother, Martha Krebs of Gainesville; brother, Thomas Cole and wife, Sandy of Kingston, OK; brother, Gerald Cole and wife, Celina of Marlow, OK; half-sister, Patricia Wallace and husband, Roger of Gainesville; half-sister, Carol Hielckert and husband, Rob of Gainesville; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Ms. Franks was preceded in death by: father, Thomas Wesley Cole; and step-father, Eugene Krebs.

A graveside service will begin at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 25, 2021, at Fairview Cemetery with Nathan Wallace officiating.  Arrangements are under the care of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.
