Judy Glenn

Funeral services for Judy Glenn, 66, of Gainesville, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Roslyn Eugster officiating.  Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday, April 21 at the funeral home.

Ms. Glenn passed away April 16, 2021 in Gainesville.

Judy was born January 8, 1955 in Gainesville, TX to J.W. and Louise (Wright) Glenn.  She spent many years as manager of the Waffle Inn where she developed many special relationships.  Ms. Glenn loved her animals fiercely and cared for them well.  Her love of animals was only bested by the love she had for her grandchildren, who meant the world to her.

Survivors include: daughter, Amanda Barker and husband, Dennis of Gainesville; grandchildren: Desirae Barker and Dalston Barker; sister, Jeannie James and husband, Harold of Woodbine; brother, Johnny Glenn and wife, Dolores of Gainesville; sister, Patsy Serna of Gainesville; brother, Bobby Glenn of Gainesville; sister, Cindy Hollar of Gainesville; brother, Kenny Glenn of Gainesville; brother, David Glenn of Valley View; and many nieces and nephews.

Ms. Glenn was preceded in death by: her parents; sister, Linda Glenn; brother-in-law, David Hollar; and nephew, Shannon Tulles.
