Julianne "Juju" Darnell

Mrs. Julianne “JuJu” Darnell, 35, of Gainesville, TX, passed away October 16, 2021 at North Texas Medical Center.  She was born in Sherman, TX August, 7 1986.

Julianne was very close to her family and loved them dearly.  She always enjoyed spending time at the beach and she looked forward to her trips to Disney World.  She always had time for her fur and feather babies, Allie, Ziggy, and Mr. La.

Mrs. Darnell is survived by her husband Joey of Gainesville; parents Jana and Robert Motes of Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law Josh and Kristina Langston of Gainesville; precious nephews Grant and Adam Langston; brother Sawyer Langston of Gainesville; grandmother Susie Shauf of Gainesville; sister Melanie Garner and family of Geneva, AL; sister Lauran Lott and family of Jack AL; father-in-law and mother-in-law Doug and Laura Darnell of Panama City Beach, FL; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Amy and Morgan Hurst of Panama City, FL; nephew Matthew Darnell of Panama City, FL; niece Morgan Hurst of Panama City, FL.  She was also survived by, and loved by, numerous special uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

JuJu was preceded in death by her grandfather Pete Shauf and grandparents Grady and Mary Motes.

All services for Julianne are being held by Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home and are private.
