Larry Jack Kirkpatrick

Funeral services for Larry Jack Kirkpatrick, 60, of Gainesville, are scheduled for 10:00 AM on Friday, September 6, 2019 at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Hollis Parsons officiating.  Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 9:00 to 10:00 AM prior to the funeral.

Mr. Kirkpatrick passed away September 3, 2019 in Denison.

Mr. Kirkpatrick was born October 21, 1958 in Gainesville to V.B. and Trudie Kirkpatrick.  He attended Gainesville schools and was considered a master pool player in his youth.  Mr. Kirkpatrick was an avid recycler, a heavy equipment operator, as well as an auction purchasing agent.

Survivors include: brother Charles Kirkpatrick and wife Pamela of Carrollton and cousins: Mike Kirkpatrick of Laredo, Rachael Kirkpatrick of Laredo, Jason Kirkpatrick of Laredo, Ricky Purcell of Gainesville, Diane Purcell, Sue Carrigan of Tioga, and Timothy T. West of Gainesville.

Mr. Kirkpatrick was preceded in death by: his parents; cousin Linda Kirkpatrick; uncles Jess Kirkpatrick and Joe Kirkpatrick; and aunts Dorothy Purcell and Faye Murphy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
