Leonard Franklin, Jr.

Memorial services for Leonard Franklin, Jr., 64, of Gainesville, will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with Pastor GD Ware and Minister Gregory Deon Ware officiating. A visitation is set for the hour prior, 2:00 PM, at the funeral home.

Leonard passed away May 15,2018 in Gainesville.

Mr. Franklin was born September 20, 1953 in Gainesville, to Leonard Franklin, Sr. and Lenora Allen Franklin.

Leonard is survived by loved ones Sheri Franklin of Gainesville and Camisha Fleming of Denton; sister Clara Naulls of Red Oak; niece Cheryl F. Ware of Duncanville; children Leslie, Jessica, Tasina, Jennifer, Kelli, Ashley, Lance, Britney, and Whitney. He is also survived by numerus other relatives.

Mr. Franklin was preceded in death by his parents and by his son Fredrick.
