Linda Irene (Gillum) Meinhardt

Linda Irene Meinhardt, 59, longtime resident of Highlands, TX, passed away July 15, 2021 in Sanger, TX.

Linda was born December 28, 1961 in Fort Worth, TX to Winifred and Irene (Begley) Gillum. She spent her childhood in Weatherford, TX where she also attended Weatherford College. Ms. Meinhardt was an avid crafter and dearly loved her dogs.

Survivors include her oldest sister, Jequita (Gillum) Holmes; nieces: Tammy Perkins (husband, Tommy), Ida Rose (husband, Chris Luster), Lakrisha Bean (husband, Robert), and Beth Christensen (husband, Jim); and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

Ms. Meinhardt was preceded in death by her parents and two older brothers.

The family will have a private service to honor the life of Ms. Meinhardt. They ask that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the National Cancer Society.
