Lisa Erin Scivally

February 18, 1981 — December 18, 2021

Lisa went to be with the Lord on December 18, 2021, in Gainesville, TX, surrounded by family. Lisa was born on February 18th, 1981, at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX, to Carol and Murphy Legear. Lisa graduated from Washington High School (Oklahoma) in 1999.

Lisa met Danny at Scivally’s Grocery in 2001. Lisa and Danny dated and quickly fell in love. They were married in Sanger on April 26, 2003. Shortly after, they bought their new home in Callisburg. Lisa and Danny welcomed a beautiful daughter, Danica, on August 18, 2008.

Lisa worked at Gainesville Hospital before starting her long-time career at Scivally’s Grocery by Danny’s side.

Lisa enjoyed camping, fishing, riding four-wheelers, side-by-sides, motorcycles, lake time with family and friends, and any adventure. She mostly enjoyed family time with Danny and Danica. They spent almost every summer at the lake boating and camping, and on their yearly camping trips to New Braunfels. Lisa never took a beautiful sunrise or sunset for granted. She posted pictures of her quiet mornings and evenings on the front porch, her favorite part of the day, in her favorite spot on Earth.

Lisa was full of life, never met a stranger, had a heart of gold, and a whole lot of spunk. She had a fighting spirit that carried her all the way through to the end.

Lisa leaves behind her spouse and love of her life Danny, daughter Danica, her mother Carol Legear, father Murphy Legear, father-in-law and mother-in-law Dale and Jan Scivally, and numerous family members and friends.

As per Lisa’s wishes, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
