Malcolm Lee Rasure

Malcolm Lee Rasure went peacefully to his heavenly home on September 26, 2021, after a courageous fight with Leukemia.  He was born November 10, 1943 in Clarendon.

He is survived by Marsha, his wife of 51 years, his children Michelle Brock (and Son-in-Law Steve) of Rockport, Jeff Rasure of Corinth; his grandson, USMC LCpl Jarrett Malcolm Rasure of Twentynine Palms, CA.; his siblings Pat Tribble of Denton, Bill Rasure of Marietta, OK., Sister-in-Law, Janice Johnson of Huntsville, and Brother-in-Law, Ronny Blount (and wife Susan) of Gainesville, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cleo and Kathleen Rasure, and sisters Kathy Smith and Peggy Petty.

Malcolm was a family man whose greatest joys in his life were his wife, children, and grandson.

Malcolm’s memorial service will be held on October 9 at 11:00 AM at Whaley United Methodist Church.

Donations may be made in his name to Noah’s Ark in Gainesville and/or to Reba’s Ranch House at Texoma Medical Center.
