Margaret Noreen Heine

A Funeral Mass for Margaret Noreen Heine, 94, of Denton, TX, formerly of Elk City, OK, is scheduled for 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Elk City with Fr. Philip Louis officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairlawn Cemetery in Elk City.

A Memorial Mass in memory of Noreen and brother Leonard Jr. who passed last summer will be held in Antigo Wisconsin at a later date.

Noreen passed away May 15, 2019 in Denton.  She was born in Antigo, WI on April 16, 1925 to Leonard James and Lillian Ann Donahue Mosher.

Mrs. Heine attended St. John's Catholic School in Antigo through grade eight.  She graduated from Antigo High School in 1943. She joined the Women's Army/Air Corps (WAC's) where she trained to become a nurse, graduating as an RN from St. Joseph's School of Nursing in Chicago, IL in 1948. She met her husband, Ralph, during this time. They were married on June 26, 1948 in Chicago, IL.

Noreen is survived by four sons and their wives: Richard and Carol Heine of Denton, TX, Dr. Ronald and Jacque Heine of Athens, TX, Dr. Donald and Anne Heine of San Antonio, TX, and John and Wendie Heine of Argyle, TX; daughter Margaret and husband Dean Flanagan of Gainesville, TX.  She is also survived by her brother Robert “John” Mosher of Appleton, WI; sister and brother-in-law Mary L. and Lloyd A. Johnson of Sleepy Hollow, IL; brother and sister-in-law Michael L. and Sally Mosher of Cornell, MI; sister and brother-in-law Susan M. and Donald A. Warren of Columbia, MO; brother and sister-in-law Dennis M. and Sue Mosher of Forest Park MN; sister-in-law Libby Mosher of Wausau, WI: ten grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Heine was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Dr. Ralph Heine; one son Robert Heine, brother Leonard J. Mosher, Jr.; brother Eugene Mosher; sister Patricia Ann Anderson.
