Mary Christine Mollenhauer Thompson

A memorial service for Mary Christine Mollenhauer Thompson, 55, of Gainesville, will be held at 7:00 PM Monday, January 4, 2020 at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Kremling officiating.  A visitation will start at 6:00 PM prior to the service.

Mary passed away December 28, 2020 in Dallas.  She was born January 1, 1965 in Galveston to Edward Eugene and Mary Jane (deMarais) Mollenhauer.  She graduated from Gainesville High School in 1983 and has been a hair stylist for over 25 years.  She was a devoted member of The Journey Church in Gainesville.

Mrs. Thompson is survived by her husband of 33 years Alan Thompson of Gainesville; sons:  Frederick Thompson of Gainesville, Justin Thompson of Gainesville, John Alan Thompson of Whitesboro; sister Marcella Andrew of Dallas; grandchildren:  ElAnna Jones of Gainesville, Logan Thompson of Gainesville, Emery Thompson of Whitesboro; sister-in-law Sandra Brewer.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; son Brian Keith; son Andy Jo Thompson; sister Rose Demarais; brother Louise Herman Mollenhauer; grandchild Caleb Thompson.
