Patsy Ruth Fain

Patsy Ruth Fain, age 75, of Gainesville, Texas, passed from this life to her eternal home at sunrise on December 30, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born July 6, 1947, in Gainesville, TX to Jesse Abner Jones and Ann Luvicie Jones. She was a graduate of Gainesville High School and Cooke County College with a love of reading, genealogy, and spending time with her family.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Bonnie Underwood and her husband Les Underwood

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Luther Fain of Gainesville; son John Jones of Gainesville; son Jason Fain and fiancée Jeanne Bauer of Euless; grandchildren Krista Jones and partner Brian Lopez of Newport News, VA, Russell Townsley and wife Erin Townsley of Thackerville, Ok, Kathy Jones of Ardmore, Ok, Kyle Townsley and partner Dale Hale of Thackerville, Ok, Kevin Jones and wife Angie Jones of Sherman, Tx; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren

A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 am, January 14, 2023, at Geo J Carroll Funeral Home, with Rev. Daniel Jones officiating.
