Pattie Allen

Pattie Allen was born on March 23 1956, in Munich Germany to her parents Clarence and Dorothy Boland.  Growing up Pattie traveled from military base to military base all over the world with her family.

In 1970 the family moved to Garland, TX, where she attended South Garland High School and there, she received her cosmetology degree.  She continued for the next several years making people look beautiful and feel good about themselves.  She enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband and friends, hostessing pool parties out in her backyard and her grandchildren were the biggest part of her joy.

Pattie is survived by her husband Will Allen of Gainesville; her daughter Stephanie Allen of Austin and daughter Bailey Allen of Gainesville and raised like a daughter Michelle Benton.  She has 4 grandchildren, Tristan McKinney, Cadeyn McKinney, Leighton Cansino, and Mila Torres.  She is also survived by her brothers Bob Boland, Richard Boland, Donny Boland, and sister Sandy Richardson and many beautiful nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Boland and her mother, Dorothy Boland.

A funeral for Mrs. Allen will be held at 10 AM Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Hollis Parsons officiating.  Burial will follow at Fairview cemetery.  Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, December 21 at 6 PM.
