Memorial service for Phillip David Dale Mack, 66, of Gainesville, are set for 2:00 PM Thursday, December 12, 2019 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends after the service.
Phillip was born on July 27, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois to Obie Lee Mack and Ruby Mae (Ross) Mack. He passed away on December 4, 2019 in Gainesville.
Phillip is survived by his wife of 46 years Susan; son Teddy Mack; Son Terry Mack and his wife Toni; son Tyrone Mack; daughter Kendra Mack; son Obie Mack and his wife Leslie; and son Phillip Mack Jr. all of Gainesville. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; brother Jimmy Mack; brother Ed Mack; brother Calvin Mack; sister Gussie Parker; and sister Ruby Johnson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Dorothy Mack; brother Clyde Mack; and brother Andrew "Red" Mack.
