Sandra Odom

We are sad to announce the passing of Sandra Odom.  She died at the age of 78 on February 22, 2023 after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Sandy’s contagious smile lit up a room and her caring warmth was always felt by those around her.  The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to her.  She was never happier than when spending time in the kitchen preparing a great meal, nurturing newly planted flowers, or listening to music, and she always had a hard time putting down a good book.  Her children were cherished beyond measure.

Mrs. Odom was predeceased by her father, William Rohrbaugh, and her mother, Marie Porter.  She was a proud mother of three children, Don Odom, Christy Williams, and Erin Engelhardt and is also survived by her sister, Renee Johnston; five grandchildren, Jody Odom, Ali Lundy, Jaxon Williams, Joshua Williams, and Sam Russell; and eight great-grandchildren

A graveside service will be held at Starkey Cemetery on Friday, February 24, at 3:00 pm.
