Sharon G. Chapman, 75, of Gainesville, passed away October 31, 2023 in Gainesville.

Sharon was born December 22, 1947 in California and raised in Dallas, TX.  She loved music of all varieties and treasured the moments spent with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Chapman was predeceased by: parents Glenn Franklin Davis and Frances Pearl (Dowell) Davis; husband Donald Ray Chapman; son Wesley Don Chapman; and brother Larry Glenn Davis.

Survivors include: daughter Stacy Martin; granddaughter Ashlie Martin and her children Joshua Martin, Natalie Martin, Kayleigh Martin, and Westin Martin; grandson Cody Martin (Whitney Odell) and his children Bentley Martin and Kinzlee Martin; granddaughter Hayleigh Rangel (Blake Bullard) and her child Ember Bullard; granddaughter Brooke Rangel (Robert Lassiter) and her child Nichole Lassiter; granddaughter Breann Rangel (Chris Bell); granddaughter Hannah Rangel and her child Elaina Suzann; and grandson Jarrett Chapman.

A memorial service is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home, Gainesville.
