Ventura Huerta

Ventura Huerta, age 67, of Gainesville, TX, affectionately known by “Ace”, passed away April 15, 2025 in Denton, TX.

Ventura was born September 7, 1957 in San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato, Mexico. He was a passionate worker and enjoyed his career in landscaping. He always had a smile on his face and surrounded those around him with laughter. He will be dearly missed.

Predeceased: parents Jesus Huerta and Delfina Huerta de Ramirez; and brothers J. Guadalupe Huerta and Nicacio Huerta.

Survivors: son German Huerta; brothers Blas Huerta, Juan Huerta, Nicho Huerta, Jose Huerta, Beto Huerta, Gerardo Huerta, Jesus Huerta, Evencio Huerta, Rafael Huerta, Bacilio Huerta, and Luis Huerta; and sisters Maria Huerta, Ricarda Huerta, and Lucia Huerta.

A visitation is scheduled for Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home, Gainesville, TX.
