Jason Reed Johnston

Beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend, Jason Reed Johnston passed away on July 26, 2022.  He was co-owner of a new trucking company along with his sister and brother.  He was the son of Steve and Brenda Johnston, born on September 20, 1977 in Gainesville, Texas.  Jason met his wife in 2001 and married in 2008.  Jennifer and Jason have two beautiful daughters Madalynn Reese Johnstonand Presleigh Kate Johnston.

In Jason’s short life he accumulated many friends and touched the lives of many.  His smile and larger than life personality brought joy to everyone he met.

He is survived by his wife Jennifer, daughters Madalynn and Presleigh, his mother Brenda Johnston, sister Stephanie Evans and husband Cody Evans, his brother Matthew And Nicole Johnston, his grandmother Carol Felker, his aunt Donna Felker and uncle Kevin Harrison, his in-laws Smoot and Dorian Earnhart and Jeff Aston, Eric and Jessica McCann, Cameron and Lauren Aston.  He had many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles in Texas and Oklahoma.

He is preceded in death by his father Steve Johnston, grandparents Everett and Mae Johnston.

Memorial services for Jason will be held on Wednesday August 10, 2022 at 10:00 AM with a visitation starting 9:00 at Geo J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.  Rev. Hollis Parsons will be officiating.
